Why don’t I see measurements? The dimension metafields are empty. Fill in custom.width, custom.depth and custom.height.

Can shoppers switch between inches and centimeters? Yes. The switch is in the phone menu, the footer and a small floating chip. The product page has its own switch on the Size row, and the floating chip is hidden there. The theme remembers the choice. Turn the chip off under Theme settings, Measurements.

Do I need to enter both units? No. Enter one. The theme converts it.

Why is the door note missing? It shows only when a piece is a close call for the door width, and the product needs width, depth and height. Change the door width in Theme settings, Measurements.

How do I show a “New” badge? Add the tag badge:New to the product.

Why does a swatch show a plain dot? The option value has a color but no image. Add an image to the value.

How do I add a quick-add button to cards? It is on by default as a “+” on the photo. Check Theme settings, Product cards.

Why are my filters missing? Install Search & Discovery and add filters there.

Can I change the fonts? Yes, in Theme settings, Typography.

Can I use an app for reviews? Yes. Add the app block to the Reviews section.

Can I add my own code? Use the Custom Liquid section or the Custom Liquid block on the product page.

Does it work without JavaScript? Core shopping works. Add to cart, filters and checkout still work. Some effects are skipped, and the floating units switch needs script.

Which languages are supported? The theme ships in US English. All text can be translated.

Does the delivery estimate know my shipping rates? No. It is an estimate from your Delivery settings. Checkout sets the final rates.

How do I show stars on products? Install a review app that fills in the reviews.rating and reviews.rating_count metafields. The stars then show on cards and in the Rating block.

How do I switch the store to light or dark? Under Theme settings, Colors, choose “Colors shown”. Turn on “Show light and dark switch” to let shoppers choose.

Known limits

Do ratings with decimals work in every language? Ratings are written with a period, such as 4.8, in every language.

Are the stars linked to my review app? No. The stars read the rating metafields only. Your app’s own review widget sits where you put its app block.

What happens if a shopper adds a discount code without JavaScript? The new code replaces the code already in the cart. With JavaScript, codes stack.

Why does Load more automatically do nothing? It needs more products than fit on one page. A list that fits on one page has nothing to load. Raise or lower “Products per page” to test it.
